Our Programs

Every dog is completely different. That is why every single program we run is built around what your dog actually needs. Take a look at the three ways we can work together and see which one feels right for your home. If you aren't sure, just reach out. We will figure it out with you.

1. Private Training

Six weeks - One session a week. From the basics all the way to off-leash freedom.

This is our most popular starting point. You bring your dog to our private training centre in downtown Bentonville once a week for about an hour. Over six weeks, we take your dog from wherever they are right now all the way to listening without a leash. You do not need to buy a second, "advanced" program later.

To make the new habits stick, we give you about 5 to 15 minutes of simple daily homework to practice at home with your dog.

If you have family members or close friends who help watch your dog, they are welcome to come to the training room with you. If you have more than one dog, they can both join the program too.

What We Work On:

  • Coming Back When Called: Your dog turns around and runs straight to you every single time…even at a busy park or in a crowded area.

  • Coming Back When Called: Your dog turns around and runs straight to you every single time…even at a busy park or in a crowded area.

  • Walking by Your Side: Your dog stays right with you without a leash attached. You can drop the leash and your dog will still walk calmly beside you.

  • Staying calm: Not just a quick "sit" but staying calm while food drops on the kitchen floor, the front door opens or kids run past.

  • Calm Greetings at the Door: Your dog stays polite when guests walk into your home. No jumping up or rushing the door. They say hello only when you say it's okay.

  • Fun Training Games: We show you how to play games that build real focus without feeling like you are training all the time. This includes things like hide-and-seek and confidence exercises that you both will love.

Good to Know:

All the training gear you need is included in the price for your first dog. If you want to bring a second or third dog into the lessons, the extra gear is about $250 per dog…but you do not have to pay for a whole new program.

We start simple and build your confidence week by week. Don't worry if your dog feels behind on day one. By week six your dog will listen, stay relaxed and enjoy freedom with you.

Training For Life Guarantee

If you’re struggling mid-program, we extend the lessons. No extra charge. If your dog needs more intensive help, we’ll credit what you’ve paid toward a boarding program. 2 follow-up lessons per year for the life of your dog - FREE Free access to our group sessions for the life of your dog.

2. Board & Train

Your dog lives in our home for four weeks. We do the heavy lifting upfront. You come in to learn with them, then take home a calm companion.

This program is for people with packed schedules. If you travel constantly, work long hours, or just can't fit daily training repetitions into your life right now, we handle the hard part for you.

Your dog won't stay in a cold, lonely kennel. They live right inside our home and become a part of our daily family pack. We have a completely open door policy. You can come visit whenever you like, and we actually require you to come in regularly to practice with us. If we don’t teach you how to lead your dog, the new habits won't stick when they go back home.

We cover the exact same skills as our private lessons, but we put in the thousands of daily repetitions for you. When your dog returns home, the foundation is already solid.

Second dog at home? We’ve got that covered.

While your first dog is living and learning with us, we will run private lessons for your other dogs back at your house. You only pay for the basic gear. This ensures every pet in your home learns the exact same rules at the same time.

Results:

  • In 8 years of running this program, only 3 dogs have ever needed to come back for extra stay-time.

  • We welcome and train around 100 dogs every year.

  • You have 30 days after your dog comes home to test everything out. If a habit isn't working, we bring your dog back to stay with us for a refresher - completely free.

Our Promise to you

30-day home guarantee - if it’s not working after they come home, we rebook for free. Unlimited private lessons for the life of your dog. Free access to our group sessions for the life of your dog. We follow up with you after the program ends to make sure things stay on track.

3. Service Dog Program

Train your own dog with our expert guidance. Built entirely around the specific help you need at home and in public.

This is a team effort where your dog stays living at home with you. We sit down with you, look at your specific daily needs, and show you exactly how to train your dog to a strict public access standard.

We keep the starting process simple. You do not need a doctor's note, a prescription, or a formal diagnosis to talk to us. If you need help, we will listen and build a custom plan together.

The Tasks We Teach:

  • Medical Alerts: Teaching your dog to notice small changes in your body or scent so they can warn you before a crisis happens.

  • Mobility & Balance Support: Helping you stay steady on your feet, picking up items you drop, carrying things from room to room and offering physical support.

  • Emergency Help: Getting help when something goes wrong, performing specific tasks during a medical event, and staying calm under pressure.

  • Public Places: Teaching your dog to work quietly in grocery stores, restaurants, planes and offices…anywhere you need to go.

Note: We do not train seeing-eye dogs, but we train almost every other type of service support.

Requirements to Join:

A service job is a lot of pressure, and we promise to be completely honest about whether your dog is a good fit. To enter this program, your dog must:

  1. Show zero signs of aggression toward people or other animals.

  2. Not struggle with deep fear or panic that stops them from working.

  3. Willingly want to focus and work when you go out in public.

Because our background is in deep behavior work, we can often help you handle minor fears or habits. We will always give you a completely honest assessment before you spend any money.

How Long It Takes:

Most teams take between 6 and 18 months to finish. We do not use scary, hard deadlines. We keep working with you until you both are genuinely ready, confident, and safe out in the world.

What You Graduate With:

  • A dog that meets or exceeds all legal standards.

  • A high-quality working vest (choose from 16 different colors).

  • Full, documented training records that back up your dog's skills.

  • Lola's direct backing. We have testified in court for our clients to protect their rights and our training holds up.

Simple Payment Plans:

This is one of the few programs where we break up the costs. The deposit is always $1,500, and you don't pay the balance until graduation day. We will never hound you for money along the way.

What Every Client Gets (No Matter What)

  • We Don't Leave You Hanging:

If a training week feels tough or a behavior pops back up, we fix it together.

  • Training for Life:

Unlimited free check-in lessons plus open access to our group sessions for the life of your dog. Your training never expires.

  • Honest Advice:

If a program isn't the right fit for your dog's specific personality, we will tell you directly. We would rather point you in the right direction than take your money for a plan that won't work.
